Our Team

At Reese Networking, clients work directly with a local technology professional who understands both the technical side of IT and the impact technology decisions can have on a business. We believe strong technology partnerships are built through trust, clear communication, and a practical understanding of how your business operates.
Meet Brian Reese

Brian Reese is the owner and CIO of Reese Networking, where he works directly with small businesses throughout Northeast Pennsylvania to help them make better technology decisions, improve security, and keep their day-to-day operations running reliably.
His background includes hands-on experience across IT support, cybersecurity, networking, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, and technology planning. That practical experience shapes the way Reese Networking approaches client work: understand the business first, explain the options clearly, and recommend solutions that make sense for the organization rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
In addition to his work with Reese Networking, Brian also teaches cybersecurity and information technology at Penn State University. His academic and professional experience gives him a perspective that combines real-world technology work with a strong focus on education, communication, and helping others understand why technology decisions matter.
Experience & Qualifications
Technology changes quickly, but strong fundamentals, continued learning, and real-world experience still matter. Brian Reese brings together hands-on technical work, formal education, industry certifications, and classroom experience to help clients make informed technology decisions with confidence.
A Letter to Business Owners
I started Reese Networking because I believe small businesses deserve better than confusing technology, constant sales pitches, and IT support that only shows up after something breaks.
Technology should make your business easier to run. It should help your employees get their work done, protect the information you depend on, and give you confidence that someone is paying attention to the things you may not have time to think about every day.
That is how I try to approach every client relationship. I want to understand how your business works, what is frustrating you, where the risks are, and what actually needs to be fixed. Sometimes that means recommending something new. Other times it means telling you that what you already have is perfectly fine.
I also believe you should understand what is being recommended and why. You should not need to be an IT expert to make a good technology decision. My job is to explain the options clearly, help you understand the tradeoffs, and make sure the technology fits the business instead of the other way around.
Reese Networking is not about selling as much technology as possible. It is about building long-term relationships with local businesses and being someone you can call when you have a question, a problem, or simply need help figuring out what comes next.
